LONDON Zheng Jie, the diminutive wildcard from China, will be out to spoil the Williams family party in the Wimbledon semi-finals on Thursday. The first Chinese to reach the last four of a grand slam singles, Zheng takes on Serena Williams with the sometimes dangerous advantage of having nothing to lose. In the day's other semi-final, champion Venus Williams faces Russia's Elena Dementieva, who is in the unusual position of underdog despite being the top seed left in the tournament. With a list of conquests including top seed Ana Ivanovic, 15th seed Agnes Szavay and 18th seed Nicole Vaidisova, Zheng is on a roll. She will brush aside memories of their only other encounter with the American sixth seed, a 6-3 6-1 victory in the Wimbledon first round four years ago and draw on her experience of winning Wimbledon and Australian Open doubles titles in 2006.Zheng never thought she would reach the last four and will simply savour the moment without any pressure. "Serena is an outstanding player and so far I haven't found any weak link about her," said the world number 133. "I would rather now enjoy the game than anything else."
