Experience an authentic and indigenous pre-Hispanic aromatic Temazcal which perfectly harmonizes and balances your mind, body and soul. The native songs, the smell of "copal" and aromatic herbs infused with the steam, combine to create a magical ambiance, inviting you to enjoy a deeply relaxing and therapeutic journey under the expert guide of our Xaman. Two "doors" (sessions) are held which include an introduction as well as the ritual of preparation, guided by the Xaman. After the ceremony fresh water is provided for refreshment.The ceremony is offered to couples or groups of 3 to 8 people. Participants should shower 30 minutes before the ceremony and we also recommend that you do not eat for 2 hours beforehand. The most comfortable attire that we recommend is a bathing suit and we suggest that you do not wear any metal or jewelry in the Temazcal as it can get quite hot.
